emerging Technology entrepreneurial center
Norman, Oklahoma
The emerging Technology entrepreneurial center (eTec) is a 10,000 sq. ft. business accelerator designed to help new technology companies grow more quickly by providing experts, materials and advisors to help owners "quick start" their businesses.
eTec is sponsored and managed by the Norman Economic Development
Coalition, a unique partnership of the University of Oklahoma, the City of Norman and the Norman business community through the Norman Chamber of Commerce. As such, its tenants can tap into all the expertise offered through the city, business, and academic communities in Norman.
It is located one block north of the University of Oklahoma's main campus to provide easy access to the resources offered there, including skilled advisors and research materials. Flexible space, from furnished single offices to suites, is available. All offices have the latest telecommunications infrastructure and offer basic business services and fully equipped common areas, complete with a training/conference room and computer laboratory.
Tenants will be accepted through application, with highest priority given to those emerging technology companies with the greatest potential to become major employers in the Norman area.
