City of Norman now has a blog

A joint collaboration between the City of Norman, the Norman Chamber of Commerce, the Norman Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Norman Economic Development Coalition has produced a blog for the City of Norman.

The blog provides a central website for residents and guests to stay updated on activities and news as well as post comments.

The URL is http://www.cityofnorman.blogspot.com/.

Blogging is a relatively new phenomenon to the web, gaining popularity around 1999.

Blogs allow authors to post their comments in real-time and are easily published to the web through a uniform interface.
