the Norman Business Park is successful, he need only look at the concrete
being poured. “When you’ve got three construction projects going on at one
time in your park, three businesses coming in or expanding, it’s a pretty

Products Division, headquartered in Norman, had serious ethical and financial
problems until it was rescued by its own reforms, a York executive said.

Payton, York’s vice president of human relations, said a new chief executive
officer, “an addict on ethics,” turned the company around and made integrity
